*Squats were a total mess today, for a number of reasons. Firstly, my belt was too tight and it threw my balance way off on the first rep, so much so that I nearly fell forward and had to reset (didn’t count the half rep). This annoyed me royally and I lost concentration. Secondly, bar speed was slow and I had no pop. Nothing left in the tank.

*This is a record for me with this weight. Had the form dialled in for the first time in ages. Kept my elbows in, and used an appropriately close grip. Also felt able to grind out an extra rep, but left it there.
